I build my own tools
When a task keeps repeating, I write a Python or SQL script for it. I've built scrapers, internal tools, a web app and a game backend.

16 months of paid, part-time remote Python work at BuiltMind, where I wrote 100+ production scrapers on AWS Lambda and internal tools. I co-founded CornerForge and developed 4Corners, now on Google Play. I also built Trackora, a full-stack TypeScript portfolio tracker you can try here.
Paid Python work, projects that are live, and years of leading shifts in production.

As a shift manager I'm responsible for people, output and quick decisions under time pressure, and I hand work over clearly between shifts. Shift work is fine for me too.
4Corners is on Google Play, and Trackora — the portfolio tracker I use every day — has a browser demo with invented data.

I am a self-taught developer — courses, a part-time job at BuiltMind, then my own projects.
Professional and independent projects. The game is in the store, the web app runs in your browser, and the internal tools are shown as interactive re-creations.
Zdeněk was instrumental in optimizing our data processing workflows, which enhanced our team's productivity and data quality.
As a Junior Data & Python Developer I collected, cleaned and checked the new-build housing data that the company's products are built on.
The demo runs entirely in the browser with invented prices, trades and company financials — no real account or money.
A full-stack web app I use every day to track my stocks and crypto, in English and Czech. It syncs Trading 212 through its API, imports XTB (.xlsx) and Revolut (.pdf) statements and keeps every position consistent with a transaction ledger; on top of that it shows returns, dividends, company financials and data for the Czech tax return.
A tactical block puzzle with 150 campaign levels, survival mode and weekly leagues. I'm the primary developer — gameplay, backend services, monetisation and releases — with substantial AI assistance from Claude Code and Codex.
Public C# case study: prevent a fresh anonymous save from replacing advanced account progress after sign-in. Extracted decision rules, an executable example and boundary tests; the full game stays private.

A Streamlit app I built so the team could check and fix whole batches of scraped files in a few clicks instead of opening them one by one in a spreadsheet.
Public edition: reviewed and repaired for release in 2026, with regression tests and local environment configuration.
A one-tap timing game: a needle sweeps around a lock and you tap when it reaches a target. A campaign with changing mechanics and boss encounters, currently in development.
Standalone .NET sample with regression checks. Player profiles are design assumptions; real playtests are still needed.
When I was a teenager, I ran a Czech & Slovak gaming portal with its own game servers. It lasted about three years and covered its own costs.
More public projects
Python / PostgreSQL inventory and orders: atomic stock updates, row locks to prevent overselling, repeat-safe cancellation and employee roles. Substantially refactored public edition with real database concurrency tests.
Source code ↗C# command-line tool that recovers files Windows Explorer silently skips when unpacking macOS zips (long paths, Unicode normalisation). CRC32-verified, never overwrites, with a regression test script.
Source code ↗From running game servers as a teenager to a game in the store.
A gaming portal with Counter-Strike 1.6 and Minecraft servers, then Chrone Studio — a few streamers whose channels I ran behind the scenes (more above).
A slot machine and a Tkinter hangman game with a GUI — a year before BuiltMind.
Shop & stock management on PostgreSQL with roles and hashed passwords.
My code starts running on AWS Lambda every day.
My first tool used by the whole team, not just by me.
First full web app: Django, PostgreSQL, Google sign-in.
Co-founded CornerForge; the game later shipped to Google Play with a real backend and 3,000+ tests.
Full-stack TypeScript + PostgreSQL app that I use every day.
The next game; difficulty evaluated with a simulator before real-player tests.
Own the result, check your work, and stay calm when something breaks.
After a release I watch the crash reports and fix what I find — I don't wait for someone else to notice.
I investigate root causes and add checks to reduce repeat failures.
Scraping Cleaner, zipfill, level generators, build scripts — when something keeps coming back, I script it.
Claude Code and Codex help me move fast; the design decisions, review and accountability stay with me. I treat AI output like a colleague's pull request: read it, question it, test it.

I'm looking for remote work in Python development, automation, integrations or application support. I'm also open to game development roles using Unity and C#. Based in the Czech Republic (CET/CEST); shift work is fine.
